If you’re not feeling well (and even if you are), this sequence of healing exercises will support you:

1. Make yourself yummy, non-caffeinated tea. Drink it consciously and slowly, without distraction.

2. Light some incense and/or candles in a dimly lit room. Find a comfortable, seated position with headphones and your phone.

3. Search YouTube for “Tibetan Singing Bowls” & select one that resonates with you.

4. Before playing the audio, close your eyes & be with yourself fhealingor a few minutes.

Follow your breath with your attention. Observe it naturally and easily. No effort and no control. In this space, there is nothing to do. Simply Be.

5. Shift your attention to 3 Affirmations:

#1 Deeply align with whatever you are currently experiencing: thoughts, emotions, sensations, relationships, circumstances. Offer a deep YES to your experience. Allowing it to be exactly as it is. Acknowledge what is Present, without pushing it away.

#2 Recognize and Affirm that your State of Being is independent of circumstance. Choose the Attitude you are bringing to the table, with the Knowledge that any attitude is possible. Focus on this new frequency. Be in the feeling of it.

#3 Shower Yourself with Love. Hold yourself gently, with compassion. Forgive yourself for any personal grievances. Feel into how beautiful you truly are. Stay with the feeling for a short while.

10. Put on your headphones, press play, and close your eyes.

11. Let the healing vibrations of the singing bowls absorb into your consciousness. Relax into the feeling of the sounds.

12. Stay in this state as long as comfortable.

13. When complete, remove your headphones, and keep the eyes closed for a few minutes. Use this time to scan your body. Feel your body, as if from the inside out. If any tension is present, move into it with loving attention.

14. Come out slowly and acknowledge yourself for this time of inward-focused healing.

15. If you feel naturally inclined, journal what came up for you in order to externalize your experience.

With Love, Matthew
